Nature painted women to love women; men to love other men; men to love women and women to love men.

And then we got our own brush,

Painted all the taboo’s and dogma,

Instead of rustic Turquoise and bronze hues.

And of course,

Not everyone could be a good Painter,

And even a good critic.

Lava in the houseĀ

A gargantuan lava erupting mountain lay near to our house.

And every morning mother would sweep out all the Lava from the corridors.

Fortunately, we never had to care about Dust and suspend particulate matter, just to name a few.

The Truth

One fine day, seven ugly birds grabbed my nephew and took him for a ride.

Unfailingly, my mother feeds them pulses every morning, which is, I am sure, the reason for their profound strength.

And then it happened…

Just before the forecasted time of my marriage, the pandit had run away.

Fortunately, the Priest from the adjacent church, who was also a good friend of mine, agreed to carry forward the ceremony.

And I am so happily married.

Dignity first,

Feverish, excessively drunk, half in love, half still craving for him and tremendously sorry; she walked away from him, restricting the corner of her eye with her newly found upright dignity.

I know you wont believe but,

Just before the forecasted time of my marriage, the pandit had run away.

Fortunately, the Priest from the adjacent church, who was also a good friend of mine, agreed to carry forward the ceremony.

And I am so happily married.

When killing is legalisedĀ

Meanwhile, somewhere in a rehabilation centre.

“I feel we all have done it.

And it’s there in everyone of us.

Cutting down a puny mosquito or a giant ant into two pieces and waiting for its death.

We look at it with curiousness as half of its body in reddish pool try to patch up with other part.

Or at times, we have ripped apart the wings of a filthy mosquito.

We saw it dragging itself towards oblivion.

And then suddenly after a moment, we feel stabbed by our own cruelty.

And then we completely forget it and forgive ourselves.

But then we did killed a life after all.”
